My Primary School Author Visits Are Going Global!
Drumroll please…! I’m thrilled to announce that I’ve accepted an invitation to join the family at Authors Abroad.
This amazing organisation works with over 5,000 schools in the UK and over 800 international schools in 65 countries. This is a great opportunity to share my books with hundreds of children across the UK (and beyond!) on primary school Author Visits.
Over the past eight years, Authors Abroad has been co-ordinating school author visits, festivals and theatre shows in the UK and abroad with some of the UK’s most highly respected children’s authors, poets and illustrators.
I’m proud to have been invited to join this organisation, which aims to provide the highest quality inspirational school author visits to enhance and support the quality of education provided in schools.
From Bradford to Bangkok, Derby to Dubai, Birmingham to Brazil and everywhere else in between, Authors Abroad co-ordinates UK and international schools visits, inspiring children around the world about reading and writing.
Authors Abroad will be helping to promote my author visits to infant and primary schools far and wide. My new profile page on the Authors Abroad website features details about my inspiring and interactive storytelling sessions for children in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 settings. https://www.authorsabroad.com/fay-evans/
I’m really looking forward to meeting lots and lots of primary school children and teachers over the coming months. Needless to say, Fred The Fire-Sneezing Dragon is very excited too!!
